Tree and Shrub Program

The Warren County SWCD sells tree and shrub seedlings once per year in April to interested landowners in Warren County. We purchase these seedlings from a private tree nursery in central New York, and we coordinate a program so landowners can take advantage of our bulk buying. The District sells between 10,000 and 15,000 tree seedlings every year. Each seedling costs approximately one dollar, and they are sold in bundles of 10 seedlings (as per NYS law).

The District's tree and shrub program is on a pre-order basis, and orders are taken in March and early April every year.
